1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Garage4As you agree to these terms. Garage4As is a marketplace platform connecting mechanics with garage space hosts. We are not responsible for the actions of users on the platform.
2. User Responsibilities
Mechanics must carry their own general liability insurance. Hosts must ensure their space is safe, legal, and accurately described. All users must treat each other with respect.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely. Garage4As charges a 12% platform fee on all transactions. Payouts to hosts are processed within 3 business days of booking completion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking start time receive a full refund minus a small payment processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time receive a refund of 50% of the subtotal plus the full tax amount. Host cancellations result in a full refund to the mechanic with no deductions.
